after a very pink March, i'm really enjoying yellows and browns (two colours which i've previously loathed) mixed with earth tones. i'm going to try and wear them more. (i'm mostly a blue/green/black/purple kind of girl; a bruise essentially.)

the above photographs of Chloë Sevigny's East Village apartment were published in the January 2007 issue of House and Garden and Apartmento's October 2009 issue. the eccentric mix of patterns and colours and textures in nauseating - in the best way possible. it reminds me of Chloë's street style, which has always has a special place in my heart.

i love these rooms so much because you can totally see each girls' personalities and tastes coming through which is what i want to achieve with my room.
after reading i-D's i-Profile of Hannah Lambert (assistant to fashion critic Sarah Mower) i have fallen in love with her quirky style - involving Christopher Kane, Prada, and Meadham Kirchhoff in abundance.
